Eat so much today but still feel hungry now

Is it the weather is too cold now and our body need more food to sustain??
I think too much or study too much so need more food?

Erm, eat supper or not leh?

Chocolate

I forgot since when i love the CHOCOLATE much!

If not mistaken, it starts when i was in secondary school.

One of my best fren had asked me to try out bitter choco (or dark choco).

From that day, i love to eat choco, esp with the mint and bitter type.

White chocolate's taste not bad as well.

Somehow the taste is similar to milk chocolate.

Wine chocolate is only okie for me.

People always like to say that chocolate cause fat.

But I dont care at all.

There are few health benefits of chocolate:

1) It helps to reduce stress. I know this from my fren when he gave me chocolate as present last time.

2) Cacao, the source of chocolate, contains antibacterial agents that fight tooth decay. Then we need not to worry about our teeth when we eat chocolate next time.

3) The cocoa butter in chocolate contains oleic acid, a mono-unsaturated fat which may raise good cholesterol.

4) Drinking a cup of hot chocolate before meals may actually diminish appetite.

Cheras Hill Dinner

Went to Cheras Hill for dinner today.

This place have another name ~ Bukit Cinta

Sounds like place for couples only.

Anyway, i went to here with my 2 'Dear'.

They are Ching Mun and Yen Hing.

We actually met with Dandy's family when we reach.

They were celebrating their mother's birthday.

Dandy treat his mom so good.

Anyway, we get free ice cream cake from them since they have too much of it!

Ching Mun never been there before.

So we brought her to go there, enjoy with KL night view.

Exam Coming.......

Few weeks to go, and i have to face with my final examination
Time really flies that i have complete another semester
Another two semester to and i am going to graduate by that time

I am being busy throughout this whole semester
I seems like didn't learn much and now i have to sit for my exam
Make myself stay at home more often
Plan to ponteng for these 2 weeks
To get more rest (as i have wish for long)
To make myself really study and understand on all subjects
To save some transportation fees

Hopefully that i am can do it well this time

* thinking some places to go after my final exam, to get myself relax!! ;-)

Youth Camp Aug 2008

My church had organised a youth camp on 15-17 Aug at Peacehaven. This is the first time that we have >280 people for a camp. This is also the first time that we have 24 CGs in a camp. It is double up of what we have last time. We even have 40 of non-believers in us and 40% of new believers! Whew~~

.

As i am still in the games team this time, it is more headache for me. How to play games with so MUCH of people and LIMITED of places? We have only the hall for the intellectual activities.

We had actually plan it for so many months. Think all the consequences of the games we had planned. Whether they will enjoy of it? Whether the games is no longer interesting to them?

.

Anyway, thanks God that we had make it successfully again! All are enjoy with it and it is under our control. Just some mistakes happen during the 'Feel the Duri'. Hard to record down all the marks since they are too many and fast. Luckily we have video as evidence.

.

Holy Spirit move mightly in this camp. We have healing and deliverance prayer during the message time. Majority of them are touch by God. We even have few non-believers accepted Christ on the last morning.

.

During the testimonial session, some of the testimonial was touch. We can believe that a new believer can feel God's presence so close. Thanks God that He really works during the camp.

H3 had won second prize for the camp games. It is Beijing Olimpic key chain. Well done!

Do u ever think that God is great? He is really great!

When i look back to my own H3 CG today, God had actually done a miracle in us.
For the 1st half year in year 2008, our CG were not really grow up and remain with the consistent members. When we look back to statistic, i was shock that we even didnt make effort to bring a new fren to FGA CYC. For the over six months, we just so consistent with the numbers.

Imagine what happen? Things just happen in few week. We had actually invite them to join our service and zone evangelistic event. 40% of them had accepted Christ. From 10 persons last time, we actually can grow to > 17 members right now! We also have > 3 new friends who will join our youth camp next fri! From this Sat onwards, we will also start new believers CG with those new friend! God really amazing when He works!

Keep on to see miracles to happen and excited for it!! Be fruitful and multiply!!

RMP Presentation

Finally i had done with my thesis presentation today..

Not very good with it. My group was the first group who present for this subject in my class.

My group's topic was specific on a company. My teacher had scold us before we start our presentation. He said that we cant do only on a company. We have to choose 100 companies instead. Then he said my group's supervisor was very 'good' for he had proposed this topic to us.

He also asked us whether we had wrote such topic in the proposal brief. Oh my God!! We had actually passed it up to him few weeks ago and now he want to ask us such question??

Then, we just present on the slides that we prepared. I am the last person who present in my group. It is about 'research methodology'. Teacher was smilling when i went out to present. Before we start the class, i heard from my other friends that he like to ask hard question for that particular part of presentation. I guess that he is only understand and interested to that part of whole presentation. That's why he looks at me and smile before i start present.

After we finish with our presentation, he just give some comments and correct the mistakes that we had make in the slides. We still can continue with the work but have to change some part of it. Erm, luckily he is not rejected the whole ideas.

Have to pass up our proposal after 3 weeks. So, now we will be more relax as we had finish all the presentations. Remaining is only the proposal and final after a month.

Exam~~

Erm, i just got this news from my tutor. My E-commerce paper will be held on 19 september. This is means that i have to pospone my Surabaya flight, which is after 19 september. Make my mood a bit down edi coz i never thought that my exam will be schedule till so late.

If my paper really fall on 19 sept, then i have think how to settle it.

Have the test earlier? can or not since that is my final examination.

postpone the flight? worse come to worse, i have to do so. But i dont want to take flight alone.. sob sob...

God, pls make miracle happen!!

Futsal Time~~~

We have a futsal cup for those Form 1 to 3 student at Kuchai Arena today. Time is from 1-3pm.

Even though we have only 3 teams (which are Melvin, Felix & Jane as leaders), everyone of us was so enjoy with it. We had invited those new friends who had join us in the past 2 weeks. While waiting for their turn to play, we have a good fellowship time with them.

At the end of the day, Melvin's group had won the Futsal Cup. They have the hamper which is comprise of some junk food and drink. Felix and Jane's team have a champane each as consolation price. Then, we bring them to eat lunch at Taman Desa Food Court and rush back to church for 5pm service.

Fri nite Evangelistic event

Heart zone have a evangelistic event tonight at church with the topic of 'life changing'.

We had invited our frenz to come and prepare our heart and pray for the whole event.
Thz God that we are having 46 new frenz and 20 of them had accepted Christ during the event!
Have a good time with those new friends after the event and most of them are potential to stay down.

God is so so so GREAT!
