玩煮饭仔

我本人很爱煮东西吃。曾经一个晚餐煮了四碟不同的菜式，依旧饭后给人扫光光。而且，大部分都是第一次煮的。 :-)



这一盘炸鱼不是出自我的手艺，是阿泉煮的。说真的，本小姐不爱炸鱼。


 

全部都是XL size 的大虾。经清洗后，撒上少许的盐和酒还有姜丝，
放进蒸炉里蒸个十分钟香喷喷的虾就可以上桌了。



它是我的最爱之一。连续吃了两个星期，现在还是想念着它。
它可是当晚抢手的菜肴之一。

一碟普普通通的菜心炒咸鱼，却让人吃得津津有味。



第一次尝试把它给煮出来，却也让大家一扫而空。过后我要也没了。
它就是马铃薯炒猪肉丝。猪肉丝要够幼，才能在炒的当儿吸取酱汁。
还有一个秘诀，就是大量的“大洋葱”。赞！

还说我 'no sense of art'...

其他的朋友都说它是长颈鹿。

送我的人坚持说它是河马。

嗯，那 ‘它’的身份是 ‘长颈鹿’，还是‘河马’？

搞不懂，但我珍惜！

This is my favourite food.
Roast pork and it is much crunchier than what i have in Malaysia.

Food Hunter in Bangkok

Went to Bangkok last month.

It is a shopping paradise.

It is a massage paradise.

Nonetheless, it is food paradise!

I admit i shop alot, massage alot, and of course i ate a lot in my 4D3N trip. HeHe!

Anyhow, due to time constraints, post for 10% of food that i have in Bangkok. :-)

Such a big durian to enjoy with. I miss it!

Bought my second pack of cempedak

Get 1kg for 70 Baht = RM 7. It is big in size and sweet.

 

HK (D3 Part i) - Food & Snapshoot around WongKok & Central

After a tiring Hong Kong Disneyland and late supper on the day before, we decided to have a relax plan for Day 3 of our trip. Here we go, we start our great day with a nice and cheap breakfast...

This is a small shop located at MRT Yau Ma Tei A2 exit. You can see this shop at your right after you step out from station. It is a small shop selling all sort of local HK typical breakfast, like chee cheong fun 猪肠粉, che zhai mee 车仔面, glutinuous rice with soya milk 豆浆粘饭, shark fin bowl 碗仔翅, porridge 艇仔粥 and many more. They even have breakfast menu set for you to choose from which really worth your money. If i am not mistaken, HKD 29 or 39 already can get fried noodle + chee cheong fun combo or che zhai mee + porridge combo.

Of course no real shark fin in this but it taste quite nice.
Remember to add in vinegar as they do not add in for you!

Che Zhai Mee 车仔面
It is a plain noodle with soup and we are given few options of side dish to add in
as per mention in the menu thus we choose double sausage & Mui Choy
plus tomato sauce. Althought it looks weird but it actually taste quite good.
